This Shipping Policy aims to establish complete transparency and understanding regarding logistics, handling, transit responsibilities, documentation, timelines, customs duties, Incoterms, and trade compliance during the shipment of Goods ordered from Techsonic Innovations LTD.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all B2B buyers placing bulk orders with Techsonic Innovations LTD, including but not limited to:

  • UK and international retailers.
  • Resellers and distributors.
  • Corporate procurement departments.
  • Export partners and trade agents.

This policy does not apply to individual or consumer shipments. Techsonic Innovations LTD operates strictly as a B2B tech exporter.

2. Shipping Geography

We ship to the following regions under defined export and trade agreements:

  • United Kingdom (domestic freight forwarding or warehouse pickup)
  • European Union (EU): Including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, etc.
  • Middle East: Including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, etc.
  • Africa: Including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Egypt, South Africa, and others
  • South Asia: Including Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka
  • Southeast Asia: Including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines

3. Shipping Methods

Depending on the region, order volume, and buyer preference, Techsonic Innovations LTD offers the following shipping methods:

A. Express Courier Services

  • DHL Express
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Aramex

Used for small to medium-size orders requiring fast delivery (2–7 business days globally). Courier shipments include tracking, commercial invoices, and can be handled under FCA or DAP terms.

B. Air Freight (Consolidated and Cargo)

  • Emirates SkyCargo
  • Qatar Airways Cargo
  • Turkish Airlines Cargo
  • British Airways World Cargo

Used for large-volume or time-sensitive shipments. Suitable for clients with access to customs clearance teams or bonded warehouses.

C. Sea Freight (LCL/FCL)

  • LCL (Less-than-Container Load)
  • FCL (Full Container Load)

Ideal for high-volume, palletised tech products like laptops or accessories. Delivery timelines vary (15–45 days, depending on destination).

D. Road Freight

For UK and EU shipments, we work with third-party haulage providers for pallet or box deliveries under DAP or DDP terms.

E. Buyer-Picked Freight Forwarder

Buyers may nominate their own shipping agent. We will deliver goods to the agent’s UK hub under Ex-Works (EXW) or FCA terms, provided full documentation and liability transfers are confirmed.

4. Incoterms and Delivery Responsibilities

We support the following Incoterms 2020 to define responsibility and liability during shipment:

Actual delivery timelines may vary depending on:

6. Packaging and Handling

To ensure safe delivery of all products, we follow industry-standard packaging protocols:

  • Individual boxes for small electronics.
  • Palletised packaging for bulk orders.
  • ESD-safe and anti-static materials for sensitive items.
  • Labelled cartons with gross/net weights and HS codes.

Buyers may request custom labelling, barcodes, or branding stickers (subject to approval and MOQ).

7. Documentation Provided

For all international B2B shipments, we provide standard export documentation, including:

8. Insurance Coverage

Insurance depends on the Incoterm selected:

  • Under EXW, FCA, and DAP, the Buyer is responsible for arranging transit insurance.
  • Under CIF, Techsonic Innovations LTD arranges cargo insurance with coverage up to the commercial invoice value.
  • DDP deliveries may include insurance, depending on the contract.

We highly recommend that buyers secure independent insurance for high-value shipments.

9. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Import duties and taxes.
  • Customs brokerage and clearance fees.
  • Any required certificates, licences, or local regulatory approvals.

Note: Techsonic Innovations LTD is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or refusal of entry by local authorities.

10. Order Tracking

For express and air freight shipments, tracking numbers will be provided via:

  • Email confirmation
  • WhatsApp or account manager (if applicable)

Tracking is typically available within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

Sea freight and LCL orders may be tracked via the Bill of Lading or shared shipping schedule.

11. Delivery Confirmation & Receipt

Buyers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any discrepancies or damage within 48 hours.

For courier and air shipments:

  • Proof of Delivery (POD) is provided by the carrier.
  • The receiver must sign and verify the condition at the time of delivery.

For sea shipments:

  • Delivery confirmation occurs at the port or bonded warehouse.
  • Any shortages, damages, or lost cartons must be reported immediately upon container opening.

Failure to report issues within the allowed time frame may void any claim for replacement or credit.

12. Delays and Disruptions

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Techsonic Innovations LTD is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carrier or airline disruptions.
  • Port congestion or customs holds.
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or weather conditions.
  • Changes in international trade restrictions or sanctions.

Buyers will be informed of any such issues and advised on alternative solutions.

13. Return Logistics (for Wrong or Defective Goods)

Due to the nature of B2B wholesale exports, we do not accept general returns.

However, in rare cases where goods are:

  • Incorrectly shipped
  • Materially defective on arrival
  • Delivered with manufacturer’s faults

The Buyer may initiate a Return Authorisation Request within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days and include:

  • Original packaging
  • Batch numbers and IMEI, where applicable
  • Supporting evidence (photos, documents)

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the fault lies with Techsonic Innovations LTD.

14. Buyer Responsibilities

Before shipment, the Buyer is responsible for:

  • Providing the correct and complete shipping address.
  • Confirming the contact details of the receiver/warehouse.
  • Ensuring import eligibility for ordered products.
  • Paying applicable customs duties/taxes.
  • Arranging insurance (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Being reachable during delivery transit for coordination.

15. Refusal of Delivery

If the Buyer refuses to accept a shipment due to unpaid duties, an unprepared receiving dock, or other non-compliant reasons:

  • Techsonic Innovations LTD reserves the right to charge for return freight, storage, or disposal.
  • The Buyer remains liable for full invoice payment.

Unclaimed or refused cargo will not be reshipped without new shipping arrangements and fees.

16. Freight Forwarder Instructions

If the Buyer nominates a freight forwarder or shipping agent, Techsonic Innovations LTD will:

  • Coordinate EXW or FCA handover.
  • Provide all necessary documents.
  • Confirm weight, CBM, and package count.

It is the Buyer’s duty to ensure the forwarder collects the shipment on the agreed date. Delays in collection may incur storage charges.

17. Packaging Labels and Compliance Marks

All items are labelled with:

  • Model number and quantity
  • Country of origin
  • CE, FCC, or RoHS marks (where applicable)

Custom sticker requirements must be requested prior to order confirmation. MOQ or design fees may apply.

18. Environmental Responsibility

As a professional B2B tech distributor in the UK, we follow the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) guidelines.

Packaging materials are recyclable, and electronic items are disposed of per UK and EU e-waste compliance.

Buyers are encouraged to:

19. Changes to Shipping Terms

We reserve the right to update shipping terms, carriers, and estimated timelines at any time due to:

Buyers will be informed prior to invoice generation if such changes affect their order.
